Minicor900 Coring Attachment

The Minicor900 – SkidSteer Coring Attachment – works on sidewalks or in other confined spaces where larger truck-mounted machines won’t fit. A larger version of the Minicor3, the Minicor 900 allows coring up to 36″ in diameter.

The Minicor works with all skid steer loaders with a Rated Operating Capacity of 1550 lbs. and a hydraulic flow rate of at least 16 G.P.M. (Standard Flow). Compact size and mobility means fast, accurate work in tight spaces.

The large 65-gallon water tank allows you to core a day’s work with one fill-up. The integral, universal quick-attach coupler system and quick-connect hydraulic and electrical hook-up, lets you “plug and play” and be ready to core in minutes.

Shell: Fully welded steel frame with integrated universal quick attach for Skid Steer.

Coring Assembly: 12 to 36 in. Diameter, wet core drill capacity. Igus Linear Glide system with proportional orbital hydraulic drum feed.

Hydraulic System: Requires minimum 16 GPM @ 2200 PSI hydralic flow. Fully adjustable core drum speed complete with digital RPM read out display. 19.2 Cubic Inch Motor

Water system: Integrated 65 gal powder coated steel water tank. Cam-lock fill port for quick filling. 12V water pump (3.0 gpm @ 30 psi) supplies internal cooling water to cutter head & to auxiliary hose to supply additional water for cooling outside of cutter and clean up.
Winterizing assembly.
Quick drain port included.
Rust inhibiting water tank anode.

High Pressure Wash System: Hydraulically driven wash pump (5.5 gpm @ 1500 psi) with 20 feet of 3/8 in hose with HP handgun & wand.

Electrical System: 12V cigarette lighter plug to conect to Skid Steer power supply.
LED beacon and work lights are standard.

Control System: E-STOP emergency shut off dumps all oil to tank when engaged.
Core drum rotational and down pressure gauges.
Core drum speed RPM gauge.
Electronic Water level idicator.

Tool Box and Storage: One 1800 cubic inch locking storage box.
Integral tool carrier.

Paint: Sand-blasted, powder coated zinc primer and finish coat. (50% Gloss Black)
