Series 500 Coring Unit
Cost Effective and Field Proven
The Series 500 coring truck from Utilicor Technologies is the most robust coring truck available on the market today. Used by dozens gas utilities and their contractors for over a decade, the Series 500 allows its users to quickly cut keyholes through roadways and sidewalks at a rate of 1" per minute due to its 5000 P.S.I. of isolated down force focused on the coring drum and center pilot bit assembly. Two, truck mounted, independently operated hydraulic stabilizers allow for the entire suspension of the truck to be isolated from the coring process, allowing for quick and accurate core cuts. This is the only heavy duty keyhole specific coring truck produced in the industry, and it will perform year after year beyond all expectations.
Utilicor can also provide comprehensive onsite training support with every purchase, and all equipment includes a one year manufactures warranty.
Series 500 Features
Unique stabilizer lock-down ring, minimizes vibration, eliminates stress on turret, shortens cutting arm moment and focuses coring power in vertical plane for maximum coring efficiency. (Patent Pending)
Plug-in remote pendant control provides mobility for ease of operation for all coring functions.
Large 100 gallon water tank for extended coring work, and available glycol winterizing system for colder climates
Hydrapac hydraulic cooling system for use in high temperature areas offers quick and efficient cooling of hydraulic fluids for extended component life.
Utilicor exclusive central pilot coring process simultaneously cuts central pilot hole, which facilitates safe and easy removal of core, and eases reinstatement process
Optional multiple storage areas, including a large deck mounted open storage box, slide master™ mounted roll out tray, under deck and deck mounted storage boxes, for self-sufficient coring and reinstatement operations, as well as keyhole tool storage.
