Marshall Pollock, President and CEO

Marshall Pollock is a lawyer, business and marketing executive with over 30 years of international legal, general management, financing and business operating experience in public companies and smaller emerging technology enterprises in both the public and private sectors. He brings to Utilicor a 30 year track record of results-oriented, hands-on, international public and private sector management, marketing, communications and strategic planning experience in high-profile, customer-driven manufacturing enterprises that will assist the company in effectively achieving its mission of delivering high-quality, cost-effective products and services to the North American utility maintenance and service marketplace.
Andrew Pollock, Vice President and General Manager

Andrew Pollock is a marketing and business executive whose well-honed customer-service approach allows the company to effectively understand and address all of the product-oriented requirements of our customers. As General Manager he is responsible for the on-time production and quality assurance of our manufacturing operations and will continue to focus on product development and improvement programs that will increase the value-added performance of our industry leading coring units and permanent pavement bonding compound, Utilibond™.
Colin Donoahue, Vice President Field Operations & Sales

Colin Donoahue brings to Utilicor over 15 years of sales and customer service experience gained in both the retail management and industrial sectors, including fulfilling the position of Manager, Field Operations for Badger Daylighting Toronto, as well as Project Manager for Badger Daylighting Inc. Colin's demonstrated ability to identify and respond to customer's needs, manage and motivate staff and refine customer service, helped to grow customer satisfaction and increase market share in a number of competitive environments. His keen understanding of customer needs and dedication to customer satisfaction, coupled with his thorough understanding of the volatile and highly competitive utility service marketplace will help to ensure that the company will meet the needs and requirements of our customers. Colin will continue to work closely with both utilities and contractors, throughout the United States, to promote and encourage the application of Utilicor’s innovative coring and reinstatement technologies.
Manuel Faria, Office Manager

Manuel Faria joined Utilicor in 2007 with almost 10 years of well-honed financial and business administration skills and operational planning experience gained at some of the country’s leading consumer good manufacturers, like Pepsi-Cola, Kellogg Canada and Nokia Networks, where he was responsible for a wide range of accounting, logistical, purchasing and operational duties. After earning a Business Administration degree from the Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, Venezuela, Manuel, who is fully bi-lingual in English and Spanish, chose Canada in which to further his business management career. In pursuing that career he has mastered complex logistical scheduling and purchasing functions and is thoroughly familiar with SAP business enterprise management software. In addition to his extensive financial and administrative responsibilities, Manuel is focused on developing and implementing improvements to our management and accounting systems that will help the Company meet the current and future needs of our expanding family of customers worldwide.
Pat Colangelo, Production Manager

Pat Colangelo has more than 25 years of experience in a variety of manufacturing, fabrication and assembly operations, including several years of direct experience with the Utilicor product line as Plant Superintendent of the ISO 9001 2000 certified manufacturing facility that supplied Utilicor with many of the fabricated parts and components used in its coring units, before those activities were brought in-house.
Technically trained as a Machine Operator and Precision Metal Fabricator, Pat began his career as a sheet metal mechanic with one of North America’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of parts and components for the transportation, construction equipment and heavy machinery industries, and rose through the ranks to become Production Supervisor responsible for production, fabrication and scheduling.
In 2008, Pat joined Utilicor Technologies as Production Manager and is responsible for all aspects of sourcing, scheduling, production and quality assurance. His strong commitment to customer service and fast, accurate and high quality work, will help Utilicor maintain its technological leadership in the global market for truck, trailer and skid steer-mounted coring equipment and its reputation for meeting the specialized demands of its customers with innovative solutions that keeps it at the cutting edge of keyhole technology.
Jeff Hass, Manager of Engineering

Jeff Haas is a certified Mechanical Design Technologist with almost 15 years of directly related experience in the design and fabrication of mobile cranes, truck-mounted unloaders and other components for the transport, heavy equipment and diesel locomotive industry.
He has assisted customers such as Volvo Construction, Timberjack, Orion Bus, Nova Bus, Steelmaster, and General Electric and General Motors locomotive in identifying and specifying requirements on new equipment purchases, and has arranged material selection, component specification, quotation, purchasing and fabrication and supervised manufacture in order to achieve on-time and on-budget delivery.
He has designed and implemented new fabrication processes and assisted a variety of customers with engineering redesign and development of their products to improve functionality, cost and ease of manufacture, thereby reducing overall cost and preserving or enhancing manufacturing margins.
